"Do you have a liquor license?"

No, we do not have a liquor license, we are considered a dry bar that will serve the beverages you purchase. 

"When do you arrive for setup?"

We will arrive at least 1 hour early to begin setup for the event.  At this time, we will also visit with you or your contact person for any last minute accommodations.

"Are your bartenders certified?"

Yes, our bartenders go through an extensive training course and are MRASC certified.

"Is there a minimum/maximum to how many guest you can serve?"

There is no minimum to how many we can serve.  If your guest list is 250+ we may need an additional bar station to better serve you and your guest.

"What beverages can you serve?"

Our trailer is primarily setup to serve beer and wine.  But can certainly accommodate any specialty drinks that you prefer.  We will provide all bar tools needed, as well as plastic beverage cups for the event.  Ice and setups will need to be purchased by the customer.

"How far do you travel?"

We provide services throughout the state of MN and Western WI.  Additional travel cost may be added for events further then 30 miles from North Branch, MN.

"What must the venue provide for the use of your trailer?"

Pour Mule requires a standard 120v outlet for the beverage coolers and lights.  The trailer size is 10ft long, 6ft wide and 7ft tall, so the venue will need a level space to accommodate the size of the trailer.

"Can we add decorations to the trailer?"

Absolutely!  We love styling the trailer...feel free to let us know that you will be providing the decorations to match your wedding theme.   We also have decorations that we will bring with us.

"What is included with the trailer?"

Pour Mule is equipped with a 2 keg beer draft system (CO2 is included), beverage chiller, bar ice bin and interior/exterior lights.

"How soon should we book for an event?"

As soon as possible...our dates fill up fast and we want you to have one less item to worry about.  A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.  This deposit will be credited towards your final payment on the day of the event.

"Are you insured?"

Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance to help protect our bartenders from any unfortunate incident that may occur.  We recommend our customers, in any event, protect themselves as well.
